    Chilllllllls, man. Another metalcore-edged band clearly in their prime. "'Stuck" gave me all the right feels, striking a chord in me much harder than I anticipated...my favorite song by them now by FAR. "Enough" gave me nostalgicly heavy-post-hardcore vibes and has me very excited for a new album by these guys for sure.

    I knew this site would be mixed af on this lol. I'm sure they will still be heavy, this falls into "not as heavy but still good" tp me. Not quite as bad as it can be, here's hoping it's just variation in sound to add to their heavy mix!

    Yep, "Bleach" is still my favorite song by them so far. But this album was fantastic, and their others are awesome as well. Definitely one of the best efforts I've heard from this year, so far. Metalcore has been KILLIN' IT lately for the past 2 years. Love to see (and hear) it.

    Also the screams are very similar to Never See Tomorrow. An old favorite band of mine that made a very great album that instantly became one of the most iconic metalcore albums for me growing up ("nst.") before unfortunately breaking up. Highly recommend you check em out!

    Wait....I thought the snippet of video was taken from the girls' OnlyFans in July of 2020, in which the vid is 4+ minutes long after the kissing part, and she's actually fully into it saying "fuck me! Fuck me!" while they go at it? People on Twitter bought her OF and said this was a total cancel-culture setup and that she even posted it to pornhub for a while.....I don't know what to believe anymore. :( if it was rape, or any form of genuine assault, obviously fuck this cunt. That goes without saying.

    EDIT: all of this aside, the album is fucking badass...but that just makes me sad rather than happy at all. Goddammit.

    This album is so fucking good that I can't even think straight because my head is banging harder than two teenagers after quarantine ends. My AOTY justttttt behind Currents' release so far. Absolutely crushes, as I expected. They better get ALL the recognition they deserve, and then some from this masterpiece.
