"Free Fall Without A Parachute" was the song that got me into Senses Fail 17 years ago. I prefer the "crappy" 2002 recordings of these songs better. It's just how i want to remember the songs and they had much more emotion to them in my opinion. That was my sophomore year in high school when i heard the Senses Fail and A Static Lullaby ep's. but A Static Lullaby flamed out big time lol

sucks they are waiting on releasing the crowd funded album. it was originally supposed to be released back in July !!!

About what i was expecting the album to sound like. Ever since they left Epic Records and Scooter did his side project The Killer And The Star he's been on the much softer sounding side. Although, i loved A Different Kind Of Pain.. they seem to need better production lately especially with the guitar quality on some tracks. I'll still keep this one on rotation for awhile, sounds like there was still good song writing to it compared to the last effort

@neebnoob18 Fall Out Boy just made the track for another Greatest Hits album being released in November.

some decent tracks to listen to, but they really strayed from anything Blink 182 ever did. I'm not sure any of these tracks will really go over well when played to an actual Live audience. Travis doesn't get to showcase his drum talents really. My favorite track is probably "Black Rain' which is definitely 95% Alkaline Trio sounding.

@AMNESIK this is probably as much as we will get. Mark originally said the album had 9 tracks just about 3 months ago on a Q&A interview

did all three bands just release a single new track for the Fallout Boy, Green Day, Weezer tour coming up? Or, do they all have full lengths in the works??

starting to sound like Glamour Of The Kill, which is a good thing. But, i like how they had their own sound before

i'm just soo used to the original recordings after all these years, that i have zero interest in the re-recordings of those tracks

let's hope they have like 5 killer unreleased bonus tracks to be released, like they did with The Paradigm Shift

"The Wolf" is my favorite track, but it's a ripoff of Grouplove's "Cannonball" track. i don't think Simple Creatures found their own sound yet. not sure it's gonna work for long

very nice! looking forward to this release. Even though some of the vocals seem underdone in the studio. It doesn't seem lazied down like the past 3 releases.. that basically had all similar (drum beats and added space sounds) .nice pop punk additions with the more use of guitar riffs and more voice range I wonder if this album has some of the demo's that Tom said "sounded like BoxCarRacer" about two years back in the studio???

it's really not that bad. they haven't done anything too good in a LONG LONG time, it's about time they changed a few things. sounds promising

@TheHunteraciaStrain you're right, it seems they brought some small electronic samples into their sound like New Found Glory when they first released "Catalyst". And that remains one of my fav. albums of theirs

i was wondering where that heavy "Hits like a Brick" snippet from instagram was gonna be . hence the "only heavy part" of the track

the more i listen to this album, the more i realize how bad it is just over their entire discography. Adam's riffs are just so similar and predictable. i really only cared for about 4 songs. i think they should just go back to their old palm muted style riffings and maybe bring back Howard to re-energize these guys again. Def. one of their bottom 2-3 albums
