I adore this single. Nice to have more from them again already.

This is fucking phenomenal, fucking bravo, Crystal Lake.
Blowing me away time and time again. -
This song is fucking phenomenal. Not what I expected, but great nonetheless.
I am a sucker for good synths. And they were delivered here.
Stoked to see what the future brings.

Posts on this thread urging people to support TGI have proven otherwise.
If it ain't that deep to you then move the fuck on and stop stirring the pot. Go invest time into something you do care about.
Gtfoh.

I don't give a damn about someone who romanticized drug use? Or someone who, up until a few months before he died was a shitty person?
Who woulda guessed?
The point is, you missed the point.
Move on, leech.

Ah yes, a currently living bands album leaking this early (releasing after so much fucking hardship, might I add.) isn't as bad as posthumous label cash grabs.
TGI are around to feel the aftereffects.
Those guys are not, and likely wouldn't of released those albums.
Like I said, a lot of it is the label throwing unreleased material together to play off of the artist's notoriety and make a quick bit of cash.

16 minutes ago, SavageWraith said:Unbelievable. Yeah, no. I'm not giving the click or traffic of downloading this out of respect for the band and the hopes they had that it wouldn't leak. Shit like this is why I almost solely lurk these days.
I remember when this site had more integrity even for a leak site and would wait until the hour of release or 24 hours of a big/hyped leak. Even if other sites started posting it. I remember seeing admins promptly tell those leeches "if so then go get it on those sites and leave" and still not post it to spite that kind of attitude.
And yet now, despite all the great content that has been rolling out, despite this content almost making it, despite the band personally asking to try to prevent this, it still happened.
Maybe in a few years solid bands will cease to exist because a few too many premature leaks fuck their sales. And during a time they can't do shows and travel to try and make the money back because of a pandemic. Not to mention the US is now flipping over society and setting everything on fire.
And sure, there's a handful of solid users and mods that have and will buy this album and encourage others to do the same, but the majority will not. They'll do what they always do. Make a burn account, take the free music, and move on without a care in the world of the band's wishes or well being.
These are the kinds of worthless people you're pandering to when you go against a band's plee to not leak their shit. And then you have fucktards like @nuggets who can say a bunch of deplorable shit about the band, and then snag a copy for free.
Idk. But despite having no hand in this bullshit, on behalf of just regular members on here, I apologize @Summers for this happening. Not all of us are impatient fuckwits who can't wait another 4+ days for a release in order yo respect an artist's wishes.
Fuck this shit man. Leaks are fun, exciting even. But being a cunt, not so much.
I couldn't agree more.
Leaking this was a shitty decision.
I can guarantee that 95% of people here will not support the band by picking anything up. And don't try to act like a spotify stream will cover as ACTUAL support.
I don't even listen to this band but I can see how important of an album this is for them. Leaking it this early did nothing but hurt them.
The respect for artists on this site is just gone. It has been for years. That's very clearly gone out the window.
To all of the people stressing to support the artist: Thank you. I cannot stress how important it is to support something like this.

This ain't it chief. What a disappointing single after fighting so hard to keep their name.
Let's hope it stays cursed this time. -
40 minutes ago, soaringshade said:This is startercore. Terrible idea from a marketing stand point for whoever reinvented this band under the same name. Most of D&Ds past singles have been worth the listen so this just makes the band look like it's deteriorating. And as for Denis and Christian, they need to get their shit together and stick to one fucking band already and just make some damn music.
Granted you are right for the most part.. but you do know Christian is currently the vocalist for Villian of the Story, and does that side project Blind & Crossed, right?

I've tried to get into Tool on many occasions and I just can't.
Now while I do actually like the vocals in this song, the rest of it just feels real boring and drawn out to me.
Oh well, I tried.

This shit is so fresh, yet still unmistakably Slipknot.
Heavy as fuck in all the right places, and they even mixed it up a little.
I'm in love.

It's not even the best METALCORE album of the month. It's not even the best album of the past two weeks.
Wolves at the gate absolutely obliterates this.
Opinion.

I'll admit I really wasn't a fan of the singles at all, with the exception of Eclipse.
But after listening to the album in full I can say it's pretty good.
I'm really not a fan of the vocals though, being honest. Just sounds boring to me.
More excited for the instrumental version rather than the actual version.

This is definitely the most interesting single so far imo.
Synths remind me of Combichrist, namely, sounds like something off of the DmC soundtrack. Which is not a bad thing.

They really pulled out all the stops for this one, huh.
