no they aren't, This Is How the Wind Shifts came out in 2013. after rescue & short songs. Silverstein started in 2000.

  3. So they dropped "Silver Lines" in the beginning of summer in 2018 and the album was supposed to come out that following fall but it was delayed until the end of 2019 which ended up backfiring for them because victory records got sold a couple months before so there was zero promotion from the label and the band went dark on social media afterwards as well.. does anyone know why and what happened to them in general? All of their full lengths were solid!

    Whatever happened to this singer?

not sure about the singer from this album but from their second album "They Said a Storm Was Coming" that singer is currently the vocalist for Of Mice & Men.

A&D is one of my favorite records, but mainly from a nostalgic standpoint, as it came out at a time when the songs resonated well with me. I do understand what you mean about the production; it's actually very flat. I never knew the band was so critical about the album! It all makes sense now. Thanks for sharing that.

Redux II is a good representation of what the songs should have been, and I'm really glad they've decided to go in this direction. More bands with a loaded discography like Silverstein should totally take note.

Did you ever see their decade dvd from 2010? They interview the band in between songs and they all talk about their experiences with each of their first four albums. They interview Shane’s parents, old touring mates, & fans. I highly recommend it! I revisited it this year during quarantine.

I think most of the band lineup actually changed aside from Sammy

Lol yeah, I see a different person every time they release a music video, particularly the drummer. I've seen like 4 different drummers since SKRWD.

Sammy Clifford & Alex Tobijanski are the only two original members left.
