not sure if the track length is correct. the first 15 seconds is complete silence
not bad, but not 'Say This Sooner' heights

their first album Southern Weather was phenomenal. I wish they kept that sound. unfortunately they went to pop/rock a la Mayday Parade or something. hoping I can find something alternative-ish to enjoy here
Edit: the Black Lives Matter 100% donation is deserving of much love and props

this is so good. favs are Fine Line, Golden, Adore You. pretty much every song is quality and very accessible minor key pop with great vocal melodies and guitar progressions
-
oh cool. didn't notice this got posted. talented group

i miss dgd kurt when he was quality. donovan melero never really does it for me. andres is lowkey pretty good. he reminds me of a talented high school indie/humor guitarist. this is just not good
-
is it just me or is this band extremely hit or miss? and how is this a single? it's a 48 second interlude
-
this dude is really talented

never heard of these guys but i'm diggin the youtube single. will spin this

@967-EVIL Car Seat Headrest is missing. felt like a weak month in general. i thought boston manor fell short after their last album. personally my top 2 were asking alexandria and car seat headrest. they were about equal, but i lean towards asking alexandria even tho i wasn't impressed with this album. Palaye Royale was decent. 1975 was weak

As today is the 21st birthday of one of the greatest albums of all time, Californication, I am looking for a remastered vinyl rip from 2012 or 2014. The original mix (even in 320) sounds awful. If I could get this remastered vinyl rip in 320 I would love it

is this the correct song length? it abruptly cuts out and it sounds like it should still be going. literally in the middle of a word
-
nice stuff here. more chill and ambient/melodic than their last album, although I prefer that one over this. best tracks here were: we are thin air, ghosts, alien shivers, and vertigo

After a few listens this is a well done album. KInda unique with their progressive metal mixed with pop vocal sensibilities. Hard to pick a favorite. I liked the first three tracks and your mind is a helpless dreamer, gutter moon, and a stare without eyes

Seeing this single posted made me realize I havent kept up with them since their 2013 album. just downloaded their albums since then and this. cheers!

only had one song by them ('the first movement' on worlds away) so decided to grab worlds away, old souls, neverbloom until this is 320
-
Not familiar with them but looks like I'll have to listen to this
-
This was my first time listening to them. Generally not a metalcore fan and this was heavier than my taste. I thought every song (except never there & poverty of self) was at least pretty good. The choruses were decent and they carried the songs, but overall too much screaming that didnt land for me (i love underoath and screaming bands, but this felt like screaming for screaming's sake and never changed melody)...I can't say I enjoyed it as much as everyone else seems to. I think Monsters is the best track. Overall I liked it more than i thought, but still wasn't rated highly. The Ghost Inside had a similar platform in that I dont really listen to them and I much prefer their album with a similar sound. I see this as depth music at most; not much revisiting here.

overall I enjoyed this entire album. favorite tracks are overexposure, make or break, one choice and begin again. the drums on the intro were awesome. their best album to date

interesting stuff. unique compared to what i normally listen to. wasnt really a fan of much, but i did enjoy virile and conveyor

@967-EVIL by "they" are you saying the band The Almost sent you this track? their label? idk it just makes no sense to me. if there was a reference to why there was a moment of silence via text description or in the song it would make more sense, but there's nothing
