  1. "KL will use one of its Lifelines" lmfao I love you guys
  2. Closest comparison I can bring to this in my library is Architects' Hollow Crown. This just sounds like noise, at least Void does. Not good at all.
  3. I smiled and thought the exact same thing. Not a bad guy to look like!
  4. "Prepare to be probed on the KL mothership" Now this is why I love you guys. Thanks for this great album!
  5. Black Hole is pretty tight! I'll be sure to give the rest a listen. Thanks!
  6. I'm all for expressing just how "hardcore" your band may be through album art, but isn't that just a beautiful creation. 4Hed
  7. Absolute wonderful album, one with which every summer should be accompanied.
  8. Band: Avenged Sevenfold (been my all time favorite for four years now) Album: Augment by Erra (absolute gem of music in any way you look at it)
  9. Best post on this website I've ever seen
  10. Blood Moon was my absolute favorite on OS. Listened to the version with this and they most definitely rerecorded the vocals on it. Wasn't sure if they changed anything or not. Thanks for the share
  11. I mean, it took me awhile to realize that In Light In Me was a pun on Know Hope. Sometimes they're obvious, while some aren't.
  12. By the way, this band in particular is known to sneak in puns through their song titles on past albums. Don't be such a douche.
  13. Hoping for some really heavy bangers on this record similar to Know Hope. Really hoping this shines through.
  14. Listened to Dreamcatcher and I got to about 3:30 before I clicked off. So boring. Snooze fest of an attempt tbh.
  15. First, CoD montages, then vlogs and prank videos, and now music? Man, the FaZe clan sure are busy nowadays!
  16. Oh shit! I know that Luke Holland performed on Fragments but does anyone know if he was the hired drummer for the rest of the record? He's really something special
  17. The newest Secrets album is your second favorite album of all time? Damn.. I'm all for respectful opinions on this site but have you not listened to anything else that has released in the past year?
  18. I suppose I just have to come to grips with the fact that the band who wrote The Fallout is dead and gone. Will forever be one of my all time favorite albums.
  19. So you're going to pin Zach for being a monotone screamer when you can say that for just about 100% of the entire genre using that logic? He utilized his range extremely well, as do most vocalists in this genre. Way back in the Woe, Is Me days, Michael Bohn had essentially one pitch for his screaming technique, apart from his pronunciation playing a part, and even that isn't monotone. That's how he screams. That was an awful argument, as well as the part concerning the synths. That was what made this band different. How they were able to incorporate the electronics department so fucking flawlessly and so diversely in each song was what crafted the phenomenal moments on New Demons. Of course it's going to be the factor differentiating the songs from one another, but Zach being monotone was quite silly and misinformed I must say. Sorry for the rant but I'm passionate about this genre and I can't stand when people are so quick to shit on quality music.
  20. ... the vocal ratio between the two is essentially even on New Demons, which is arguably their best work by a long shot. None of the songs on that album sounded alike, and the beautiful synth work was done by Zach. Idk if you really gave that album a listen, but it is miles ahead of this in every way, from the production to the atmosphere.
  21. That's your opinion man. First LP was heavy, experimental, and catchy as fuck. Sophomore fell off in terms of hype moments (Blue Wall slays, but the overall lack of Michael's dominating presence like on their debut is disappointing). Debut/EP will always slay anything they put out because that was their chance to prove themselves and they had pure energy. This album grew on me after about 5 straight plays but definitely not an album worth remembering after Warped passes along.
  22. On the second track. Calm Snow had an interesting hook. Seems like the album won't heavy though, aside from some moments. Honestly extremely disappointing because New Demons is still one of my favorite metalcore albums. Zach had such a menacing presence on that thing man. He will be missed dearly!
  23. Cannot stand the album art. Keeping me from listening to the songs. I'll stick with their EP lol
  24. Pretty sure that was only once between the Homesick and What Separates Me From You releases (2009-2010). Hardcore fan here. Other than that, they didn't release annually.
  25. Thank you so much for an early post! Been really looking forward to this album. Between Issues, Pierce, and this, I'm satisfied this month ^.^
