That band name / album title (Ghost Data - Void Walker) sounds so fucking cool, I'm gonna give that a whirl. Also, Rebel is easily my favorite track on this EP.

Live While You Can and Blood Waltz are easily the best songs on here. The rest of them honestly just haven't stuck with me even remotely.

Part of me really enjoys this because my favorite band is Black Veil Brides and some of the songs are actually solid. But the majority of me also can't stand how vapid some of this seems, and how they don't understand that BVB was never about just the image. Still enjoyable for me though, I don't regret listening.

Exactly! See I recognize the appeal of metalcore like that, but I've always appreciated atmosphere over technicality every time; but that's just my personal viewpoint.

As someone who couldn't stand Heritage, Pale Communion, or Sorceress, is it worth it for me to check this album out?

I actually felt the album before this one was better than the ones that came before it. But this album is a massive step up from everything they've ever done. The difference for me is the massive shift to focus on atmosphere rather than just a harsh / clean split with technicality that every metalcore band does.

This is by far their best album, no questions asked. Let's be real, until this album they were a by the numbers metalcore band with an above average vocalist they weren't properly utilizing. Now they've actually found a songwriting style that suits them, and their vocalist, allowing him to REALLY shine. I'll be paying attention to this band now.

Except no it wasn't. Your point was that Good Night Alt Right was bad to the point where you can't take their other material seriously. My point was that regardless of that song being bad, it doesn't affect their other work in any way.
