How this site fucked my Spotify Wrapped because of the amount of new artists I was checking out at all timea
For real though, the best times has just been me actually finding a lot of new music, and turned an open ear to bands I'd usually just skip. My music taste has broadened a lot since joining, and it's been really amazing.
With that being said, chatbox is missed and so is the fame TheNeedleDrop account that joined the site and started spewing bs. Hilarious.

I've been using Spotify since the infancy of the service. I wasn't always a paid member (I remember the days of only having a certain amount of time you could stream every day 🤢🤢🤮), but five years ago I started paying up. Never looked back. While Apple Music is also available for every platform, Spotify is just so much easier. I have 20+ playlists, split into categories of bands, genres and the likes. It's all easily accessible, and well managed.
The Release Radar, recommended playlist, daily mixes and the wraps are just lifesavers. My daily mixes are usually just music I've already heard and have on playlists, but there's also gems that I've never heard before. Radios are also incredibly helpful, and their podcast section is great as well.
To me, $120 a year is easily worth it. I have well over 50GB taken up on my phone in downloaded songs, and double that on my pc, in case I can't go online. I can whole-heartedly recommend Spotify.

Ungrateful was the only release of theirs I liked. Everything before is cool, but.. Ronnie. Eh. Everything after is just bland, tasteless and feels like the same song over and over.

Can't wait for the instrumentals to drop for VILLAIN and DRUM GO DUM. Not a huge fan of I'LL SHOW YOU. This is an awesome EP though.

Bacon, dude. Bacon. That's one of the other things we do right.

Ahh, yes. Danish death metal. One of the few things we do decently.

I've been hyped for this album for months. With very good reason. 10/10. I said Kill The Lights' new album was AOTY, but this beats it. Biiiiig time. Crazy album.

I genuienly can't stand grindcore, but this is just so extreme that I'm in awe. What the actual fuck kind of curse did he just put on me?

I did not see this drop anywhere so I'm Hella late.
This album is definitely AOTY for me. I was already hooked when I heard "The Faceless" for the very first time. I love the wild ride the entire album takes you on.
Everything is just amazing about the album, but what sold me is the drums. Moose did an AMAZING job, and I'm so happy that they got to work with the producer behind the first three BFMV albums. It really solidified the solid drumming on the album.
With that being said, this is overall a 10/10 album. It gives me those old BFMV vibes that I've missed since Moose left, but in a nice, refreshing way with so many new elements and in a whole other way that makes it an exciting listen.

I love what Mick did. It's subtle, but it helps capture the vibe of everything. The vocals, the synths, the bridge before the breakdown, is crazy. I like the direction this is taking.

Love it. Really catchy, can't wait to hear the rest from what I've heard of snippets on their socials. Definitely gonna add this to my play lists.

Not only that they did Mick dirty, there's like 4 fucking versions of BFG Division, not to mention the poor mix.Just rushed OST with 3 hours of ambient filler tracks that sound like straight up gamerips. Mick didn't deserve this. He worked hard on the OST and they just fucking disrespected him like this
He fucked himself though. He didn't meet deadlines, but he also didn't communicate with ID about him falling behind. They only found out a week before the promised release for pre-orders. Then they pushed it six weeks when he promised then 30 tracks, 2 hours of run-time. Gave them 12, barely an hour's runtime, where only two of them were the heavy metal tracks. ID's lead audio designer didn't have any stems to work with, he only had what Mick had already sent them, which was heavily compressed files. Mick agreed to let ID's audio team mix whatever he didn't get to do. It's a shame, sure, I'll happily say that mick isn't entirely the only one to blame. But he was the one not telling ID "hey, we won't ever be able to make it for release in time.", he didn't tell them what was going on, and they had to find out that he didn't like whaf ID's team had done through comments online. It's a shit show and both parties are to blame.

Agreed. Danny is great and all, but it feels like his solo stuff has been out into the middle of it all. They should've found someone else after Denis left, not Danny. He already said he wasn't going to scream, and he's made that quite fucking obvious.

Stepped Up had remixes that actually still made the songs great, like Celdweller's remix of A Lesson Never Learned, or Sol Invicto's remix of Morte El Dabo. It was decent, and that's what makes it different from this. This is everything but decent. Didn't even bother to gather all of the tracks they released since Self-titled.

I tried to like this, I really did. But I just can't get around that horrendous autotune. They didn't even try to cover it up, and it's not like it's the first time they use it so they should know how to smoothen it out. This isn't a track made for that, and that's what ruins it. Such a shame. Still gonna look for the album, but so far I've been disappointed by 2/3 singles.

Loving it.

Am I the only one that can't seem to download it?

You definitely have a point.

2 hours ago, BrickFace said:I mean, this might as well be a B-Side from their last album.
That's not necessarily a bad thing though? Narrative was a solid release. This has a lot of ties to the album, but it's still something else.

Love the track. Has a very similar sound to their debut album, which really isn't a bad thing. Solid single. Can't wait for November 1st.

This gives me Hybrid Theory vibes. I'm all for it, this song is amazing.
