  1. Man, 2020 just keeps on getting worse. I don't really use social media so this was my go-to place for all things music - finding out a band I listen to is planning on releasing a single or album and getting to listen to it like 2 weeks before release. Or just checking out bands user's post - there are countless bands and genres I would have never heard of if it weren't for this site. Sad to see it go, but at least you guys can walk away on your own terms. See you, Space Cowboy, thanks for the 6 years of music.
  2. "This is confusing. It sounds like they used pro tools and mashed 4-5 songs together." - Youtube comment that describes my thoughts. I don't think it's bad, but it's really disjointed and random at times. I'm still looking forward to the album (Resentment, Degenerates, and Mindreader are all solid ADTR songs that fit their discography), but this is definitely a skip during listenings.
  3. The embedded track is pure fucking mint; everyone should give these fellas a listen.
  4. Damn good stuff; a fantastic combination of their old and new style.
  5. It's not bad, but it's a bit dull, everything is very "one-note-ish" - It's Instrumentally solid, but it lacks any cool or standout parts. Vocals are always on the mark, but it's very uniform with no screams, melodic screams, and bleghs. It's just there. The lyrics are okay, but it's what I expected from a song titled "Animals" - pretty generic, honestly. It sounds very "safe" and sort of "planned" - like "let's make a single that will appeal to the masses/more likely show up on a Spotify playlist or played the radio". it's a song every metalcore band will make at least once in their lifetime. I do believe Architects is a band that's fully capable of taking this kind of radio-friendly "metal" and make it stand out among the BMTH copycats out there; this didn't hit the mark but I'm willing to wait and see. We have till February after all.
  6. I mean... It's a good bop and I find myself grooving with it. But it ain't the Grayscale that wrote Adornment, that's for sure.
  7. everything is cool, man
  8. Dual male and female vocals? Sign me up.
  9. Oh that's good to know, I was gonna comment that I thought this was an album and not an EP.
  10. Crystal Lake x Breakdown of Sanity tour when
  11. Not personally into his stuff, but I can always respect an artist just doing whatever shit he/she wants to do without all the labels for what kind of music they have to make. Seems like he really enjoyed himself and had fun with this album so more power to ya MGK.
  12. Expectations were raised from the genre tags and the previous single; did not disappoint. It's a lot like their older tracks which I think is their best style of music. Definitely excited to hear more.
  13. Might just be me, but the intro riff reminds me of the main riff in Adams Song.
  14. What the fuck where did this come from? My man just put out a better pop-punk album/EP from a side project than most bands this year. I always wished he continued his Snarl project, but I guess he's in the mood of making more straight pop-punk.
  15. So I guess it's true that the other vocalist left the band? Ryan can definitely carry the band on his own for sure.
  16. When a rapper puts out a better pop-punk track than Neck Deep.
  17. The track in the music video is very reminiscent of metalcore from the 2010's, reminds me of Killswitch Engage in many ways.
  18. Lol yeah, I see a different person every time they release a music video, particularly the drummer. I've seen like 4 different drummers since SKRWD.
  19. I sometimes wonder if it's even the same vocalist anymore when you compare it to their EP -
  20. Good Pop-Punk song (reminds me of 5 Seconds of Summer tbh), terrible ND song.
  21. The vocal mixing is a little bit weird to me, but there's definite potential here.
  22. I don't know how I should feel about the fact that 6IX9INE is the only rapper I "listen" to
