Probably a DMCA/Copyright notice. I'm sure some bigger (and powerful) labels have their eyes on websites/blogs/etc like this for their artists/bands material.

Both the singles have been alright and definitely preferable to their old material, but doesn't really seem like the band has anything to make them stand out one way or another
To be fair, they were around when this genre was sound was starting to grow. They just didn't get the same breaks that Slaves/JC or Issues got.

What are people listening on? Airpods?
I'm listening on a pair of Sennheiser HD 800S with just a bit of equalization. I know, a bit of a pricey setup, but it's definitely not nearly as bad as people are making it out to be.

Read that as Phinehas , pretty much auto-clicked on the YouTube clip ('cause it's Phinehas is up there with my favorite bands) and was basically like "WTF am I listening to?"
Some pretty decent indie pop, though.

I'm with you honestly. I liked their last album quite a bit, but the main problem I had with it was that every song sounded fairly similar. I feel like they're evolving/maturing into a direction that can more easily avoid repeating that.

Serious. Found "Alien" like four years ago with with their Lights EP and been a big fan since. Would love to see a full-length at some point, even if BLCK Deluxe was pretty much that lol.

Based purely off of name power and the fact that they have a label (and thus a lawyer likely on speed dial) backing them, I'd say Jag's Signals will be the one to stay. But there's gotta be a few dozen other bands named Signals out there, kinda like Horizons or something.

Most of this genre is pretty bad/generic in my worthless opinion, but these dudes stand out to me for some reason. I can't really place why.
I'd love some more of those cleans, though. They blend really well with the music.

The vocalist seriously reminds me of the original singer for Time, The Valuator. Especially on that high note at the end.
Good shit, excited for more.

There's some level of truth to that, though, especially in 2020. Straight white men or women are seemingly the reason for everything wrong on the planet.
Being white makes you inherently racist, being straight and white inherently makes you homophobic/transphobic. All white cops are evil and any black cops are just uncle toms. Not looking to fight, just echoing what the brainwashed left is spewing.

Fucking brutal, reminds me a lot of Bound In Fear.

It's a public domain image on Unsplash, and quite a popular one at that. This is a lazy, and entirely unoriginal, take on it though.

Them and I didn't know who Fame On Fire was either until looking at the store.
Fame on Fire are pretty good, but man do they stick out like a sore thumb on Hopeless.

During all those George Floyd protests/riots, he was posting videos of himself doing stupid shit like screaming at police officers along with posting all kinds of pro-racist, anti-white crap on his IG stories. People called him out on being an opportunist, disagreed with what he was doing from a moral standpoint. He starts telling his fans to go fuck themselves/suck white genitalia/kill themselves knowing full well that a majority of his fan base likely has some form of depression/anxiety. Fans are what make these artists, and when they use their platform to spread/promote hate to both others and the very audience that makes them what they are, then that makes them shitty people. Especially when said individual would've gone down in flames if it weren't for this industry.
Maybe I'm just being sensitive, and it's nothing more than my opinion. Don't really expect it to be much more than that.

Lotus is a garbage human being, but I'll give him the Jonny treatment and give credit where it's due for the music. This shit is legit.

I miss their Seeing Clearly sound, as dated as it is. This budget Djent/Architects sound is good, but it doesn't really fit them all that well.

For anyone who might not know, this is a side-project for Rory Rodriguez and Mike of Dayseeker.

Looking at his/her favorite artist speaks volumes in this case.

Definitely the wrong genre. Paste error, maybe? More Folk/Indie-ish, with a touch of midwest in it. Just my opinion, though.

That song title on track 3 alone makes want to check this out.

It's pretty good, and very much sounds like Osatia. I do kinda miss that 2009-ish 0 & 1's, Wires-era A Skylit Drive sound they had on Sky People, though. I do realize it's kinda dated, just thought it always fit really well with these guys.

Definitely VoM - Outsider or Currents - Second Skin. Souvenir by Saviour is up there for me, too. A Lunar Rose is such good album.

The clean vocals were a nice surprise, always thought they should've used them more. Especially after hearing the guitarist (bassist?) singing in Élan Vital.

Good stuff, but I hope they remix this album at some point point. This mix isn't doing the album any favors.
