correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't this mean kl has the full album and this is just to get the hype up and get more people here?
how else do you get 1/5th of every song

oh shit won't be long now

sometimes when I'm bored I'll make up core instrumentals in my head and try to make the most ridiculous shit with constantly changing time signatures and soft to heavy transitions. it's fun because I don't have the burden of actually playing the impossible shit I come up with.
but these guys are. that's exactly what this sounds like. that's the only way I can describe this album.
also I'm getting major converge vibes here, it sounds nothing like converge but just the unrelenting nature of these songs remind me of Jane doe

'don't need you' is pretty good, dude has a nice flow. I just have zero motivation to fully invest my time into hip hop right now, with so much great heavy music coming out, but I'll definitely save it for later

agreed. I'll take Oh, Sleeper's 'children of fire' as a representation of Texas metal any day.
even then, the idea of '[insert state][insert genre]' hasn't been a legit concept since dial up internet. when ideas can be mass distributed in a literal instant, everybody is everything.

this is odd, in the best way. vocals remind me of Aaron Weiss when he goes off

I remember me and my gay scene friends lovingthe shit out of 'knife called lust' and 'black Delilah' back in, like 06
at least they were doing something unique then

this is great. unique is definitely not the right word, but it takes an interesting blend of many sub genres and strings them together in fun ways. this sort of music bores me for the most part these days but occasionally I find an album that hits the spot, even if it's not really doing anything new.

Mire Lore - Marrow Leech (2018)

I like this for the most part, but occasionally they go completely off the rails and the song stops being song and the instruments don't really align with each other or the rest of the song. is that a deathcore staple, I don't listen to much of it I wouldn't know. it's the only element to this that I don't enjoy
