fun, bouncy, occasionally 'epic' feeling phc. beautiful cleans. and I actually love not being able to understand lyrics, so I can just apply the melodies and emotion to whatever subject my mind wanders to. worth a listen guys.

maybe now, I always associated nu metal with bands like Korn, Slipknot, SOAD, Disturbed, Evanescence, Static X etc... and bands like limp Bizkit and Linkin Park were the exception. but language changes, guess I missed it this time

I was immediately turned away by the rapping in the first song.. is that a staple for this band? I really enjoyed the instrumentals

this is great, something catchy enough to enjoy first listen but still dense and progressive enough that it's got legs. my only complaint is the occasional jarring clip. I know it's intentionally jarring, I'm just not a fan. maybe it's an acquired preference that I'll appreciate with familiarity.

I don't like this, or the other two singles, at all. headhunter bored me too. and I'm a self proclaimed dgd dick rider. I hope these songs work better with the album.

liked and catchy does not equal good. and you clearly already know 'how that works' but just for fun let me offer an alternative. maybe, if I listen to a song for the first time, and by the second chorus I can sing along, maybe... not always, but occasionally, that's a bad sign. it might indicate repetitive, predictable song writing, the kind that's fun at first but over time becomes at best boring and at worst irritating. I know that's 'not how that works', it's just a theory I have.

I'm going to give these guys there benefit of the doubt and not acuse them of being soulless sellouts.. but they're going down a path I can't follow, they're breaking my heart.
