I'm still hoping one day you will stop ranting about labels and popular bands but today is not the day it seems

no one is allowed to like anything

also yeah, god forbid i want to see the band i like actually get treated better and be able to release an average of more than four songs every two years.

  2. lol Blackpink is once again just a token featured artist before they drop any new music of their own. YG is the most incompetent agency ever, man lmfaoooo

And of course that song with them is being promoted on the same day Lisa is also doing some brand promotion on her IG account lmfao YG is the fucking worst

@TomoLust ah yes, the art of telling an already calm/not at all aggressive person to calm down. yeah, again, as someone who's more than familiar with those artists, i'll have to disagree with you. calm down, onii-chan

Just a reminder that flaming and spamming features is a direct violation of site rules.

@TomoLust tf you mean "tf you mean "how"?" did the definition of the word "how" change? i have been listening to mac for eight years and chance for five, and uh...yeah, i'm not hearing it. so, i'll ask again, how? what about this reminds you of mac or chance? who, by the way, are two artists that are already pretty different stylistically, so comparing one artist to those two would be saying many different things. if you made the claim that it's similar, it should be possible for you to back it up with an explanation as to why, right?

the vibe, the flow, the beat curation. fucking calm down greg, it's soccer

  5. Initial Thoughts: Unlike Emotion Side B you can kind of get the true "leftovers" feeling of some of the songs on here, but it's mostly in the middle of the tracklist and they're still steps above so many other pop artists. I'd reckon most of this album is No Drug Like Me-tier music while a few songs like This Is What They Say are a little more Everything He Needs-tier. Basically what I'm saying is Everything He Needs should have been a B-side and Window or Let's Sort The Whole Thing Out should have replaced it on the main album lol

  6. I love the tradition of still putting his albums on KL even though they're free anyway.

STORY TIME: I "acquired" every BTMI! album back in like 2009 before I knew it was all free anyway and felt like a fucking idiot after lmao

Okay anyways, I'm a few listens deep into this and it is absolutely exceptional. Way better than POST- by a huge margin. Not sure how it'll hold up to the first three solo albums cause they all have this really specific place in whatever side of my brain does nostalgia, but like...man, this album is incredible.

I remember when wzrd dropped and nobody really fucked with it like that, seems to have grown on a lot of people now tho so I might relisten

It was good from the start, people just haven't been fw Future at all lately to begin with, it's "moving on to the next thing" culture.

Man, this year has been crazy for releases. Now we got the best Drake project in ages and best Future project in ages

Did you just not listen to The WIZRD? Because that's straight up his second best project to date.

Anyways, I like this one a lot but it feels a little thrown-together rather than meaningfully curated the way The WIZRD was. A few songs on this are clearly throwaways from The WIZRD, Eternal Atake, and surprisingly Life Is Good is on here which I guess means it'll be a long time before we ever see WATTBA2.
