Did you not think that same people could've been lifelong fans of the band and were anticipating another single so they jumped on it and commented right after listening, whether positive or negative? I mean if it's just some dumb shit like "TRASH SINGLE FOR TRASH BAND" then yeah, but pretty sure most weren't like that.
Not sure where you are coming from with the first part I'm talking about the trolls not if its positive or negative or not. They legit came onto the post trying to piss people off. That's what started the comment wars on that anyways.

But most people were just being assholes. Plus I was using voice-to-text so it was longer replies than I would've ordinarily done. But oh well. No worries.
Yeah they were annoying it was like they waited for the song to be posted to post their hate for PWD. I'm just filtering them out in the future XD

Although I disagree with your opinion on review type posts it is a music sharing community site. I also wasn't patronising. I was stating facts. Most people can't handle reading anything longer than a paragraph it seems. I was simply stating I wasn't gonna be replying to all those types of replies. Tbh I'm only replying to yours because you actually gave me feedback on the album and that's all I really was hoping for. I'm not trying to come off as rude btw buddy. I'm just at a point in life where I honestly don't give a shit for useless comments that are just trying to start comment wars.
I usually would participate when it comes to my favorite bands but from now on I'll drop one review and probably not reply at all. Unless it's someone who listens to a genre or band more than me like yourself, which I appreciate btw. Cannot stress that enough. But it's really to each their own man. At the end of the day it's about the music. Tbh I'll probably delete my review if it gets too much backlash. Don't need that in my life. Thanks again for the comment. Peace
It's all good man, I think I just got the wrong impression off it but like I said I don't really mind reviews it's cool to see how other feel about the music, it's just the spam of long messages tbh. Like it was on the wishing wells post for example.

That doesn't bother me tbh lol

5 minutes ago, Dwesk said:Lmao no one's forcing you to read a more in-depth opinion other than a fucking sentence or a thumbs up. Rather have more posts like this than people just thanking or writing one word waste. I thought that's what forums are for?
I don't mind longer posts just when there's a bunch of them and it floods everything else out. I saw some people complaining about it just looking at from their perspective as well.

With that being said the electronic and atmospheric stuff they did was really memorable. Much more raw emotion in some of the lyrics too. I usually couldn't be fucked to listen to these guys because on average they're just like whatever band Ronny Radkle is in and I've always found Famous Last Words to be better out of those few Post-Hardcore bands.
Still, all of these bands won't mean shit when DGD finally drops and you all know it. But, this isn't half bad until then. Still, overall I'd say I have infinitely more hype and anticipation for Parkway Drive, Breaking Benjamin, Feed Her To The Sharks, and of course DGD. As well as 75% of the new metalcore/deathcore bands that @LKA and @Frak The Gods have been recommending. Good posts lately. This is just okay post hardcore unless you really like BTF then hey congrats.
Also, I'm not shitting on your mediocre post hardcore bands of the week so don't @ me wit your whiny bullshit about why you like sucking off the band in the comments. I won't be replying much/at all. If you like it, great I'm happy for you and I too enjoyed a listen myself, but it's not groundbreaking but that's my opinion and anyone that disagrees cool that's your opinion but don't expect me to care.
Final score 5.5/10 pretty good post hardcore. Once I hear those electronic bits in better quality would consider raising it to 6-6.5/10 maybe even 7/10.
That's my long, multi-layered opinion/review. Try not to sperg tf out when attempting to read it children. If it's too much you can skip it and go on to the next one. Peace fellas(and Ladies).
I like post hardcore quite a bit and I can confirm this is a good album, also a lot of other people like it here so it's whatever I guess. Plus patronising people cause they don't want to read paragraphs it's not that type of site, I don't mind it but some people don't like it all. Maybe a review section can be opened up for more extensive review like comments, I don't know ask the mods cause I've seen a few other people making review like posts in other comment sections

They should just record a full set in their hometown or something. This still sounds sick though, can't wait until I see them at Slam Dunk again.

Honestly agree with this Craig sucked in other bands he was in. His last walk wasn't all that imo

Jarad is a beast I don't why they are using him less and less. It's just a waste

Side note, this video was fucking sweet. Great production
All that remains never sold out arenas at least not in the UK

7 minutes ago, Dwesk said:They will be another EX-Metalcore band that's gonna sell out arenas/stadiums if they haven't already, the first one is BMTH, but correct me if i'm wrong.
Yeah BMTH are, Enter Shikari have as well if they count saw them in arena where I live they were immense. I hope Architects is next we need some newer blood playing the bigger stages.

I honestly think PWD want to be the next big metal band. They will probably be headlining the bigger EU festivals if this album is successful.

Don't know how I feel about that many covers tbh

band is pretty classic (this band, not SOI). a few parts per song that are fire, but mostly shite. the uber low vox are just bout the most flacid lil wheeny a man could muster (not because this vocalist sucks, but because uber lows in general are a joke). its fuxing time for the plebs to move on. I can't believe it hasn't happened yet. If death-core just evolved a little bit, it would crank out some pretty sweet moments in a lot more regularity, and no longer be the weakest genre in the game. but this genre as it is, kinda like EDM, simply can't be around much longer.Deathcore is in a good place now what are you talking about

Sorry sue me.
I mean it's no mayhem album cover but I guess it's bad for an indie rock band . It's a decent album, I would personally just ignore the cover but it's up to you lol
