Cheese is healthy if eaten in moderation, avoiding fat in general is a bad idea. Peanut Butter is a great way to get fat in your diet, lots of Poly and Monounsaturated fats, especially in the natural type that separated with oil and you have to mix, great for you.

still shocked at how many people do not like Scream Aim Fire , or dont talk about it when they talk about BFMV. I think it is by far their best, Venom being 2nd and The Poison 3rd ( only 3 I really care about ) this new one is def good and I like but it is super safe and basically boring overall. Scream Aim Fire is a killer album, stunned at the lack of love it has gotten and still doesnt get.

I do not hear Silverstein in this at all but I hear awesomeness.

I don't hate the album by any means, although I am very disappointed in it. They honestly didn't change THAT much, they took things away, and those things made them who they were. The riffage is gone, the solos are gone, their metal aspect is gone. So much wasted talent on this record, it is catchy and they made a solid album but when I listen to BFMV I will not listen to this, prob 2 or 3 more listens left for this album. It is better than Temper Temper as a whole, but Temper Temper had much more dynamic songs on it. I hope they unleash the shred and riffage on the following album. I appreciate what they are trying to do, more mainstream, and i actually do like it but it really is paint by the numbers in the end, they are better.
