  1. Awesome single! Cool artwork, too! Thanks!
  2. I think it’s a great song! So they sound a little more “post-hardcore” than “metalcore” in this one, who cares! The bridge (breakdown) wasn’t as “in your face” as maybe we’re used to, and the mix, to me, seemed like it needed a little more treble at times, but I think it’s a great addition to their catalogue. And for people who say they (and their riffs) are starting to sound the same, so what! Every band should have their own signature sound that identifies who they are. A Day To Remember had virtually the same exact breakdown (with the exception of the timing) in every song, and no one ever complained. I think people overanalyze too much. Just listen and enjoy!

  4. “Cinematics” was really good, but everything after has been a huge disappointment (to me).
  5. So awesome to see them releasing a new album! Mike Kinsella is definitely one of a kind! Thanks!
  6. The only thing getting older has done to me is; given me a more vast appreciation for music, and has allowed me to be more open to some genres I might not have even given a chance when I was younger. While I’m partial, these days, to artists like; The Menzingers, Manchester Orchestra, Brian Fallon and Owen, I still really dig heavier bands such as; Polaris, August Burns Red and In Hearts Wake (to name a few), and everything in between.
  7. My wife usually gives me shit when I drag her to concerts bc she feels we’re some of the oldest people there (with the exception of a Menzingers show), but I alway say; “Fuck it! Music has no age.” Btw, I’m exactly double your age, in case you were curious.
  8. Lmao! That’s funny shit. I never really thought about that...good point. It’s actually artwork from The Menzingers.
  9. Lol. That’s not a bad thing. That’s what’s cool about this site. All of us music lovers, all in one place...sharing common interests.
  10. Lol. That’s what I was thinking. That album came out 16 years ago. There’s probably members here that aren’t even that old yet.
  11. That’s awesome you know who they are! I rarely come across anyone who has heard of them. That album really helped me through some tough times, back in the day.
  12. Damn! This is great stuff! “This Ends Now” gave me immediate Pulse Ultra vibes (though a little heavier), which is a good thing. If you guys haven’t ever heard of Pulse Ultra, definitely check out their album “Headspace”. It’s back from 2002, but they were way ahead of their time. Still to this day, one of my favorites.
  13. Hello! I would like to request the aforementioned album, in 320 please. Thanks in advance! Ron Pope - Work: The Complete Collection (2018) https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/work-the-complete-collection/1394190640
  14. This is really good! My kind of music. Nice work @norstadt!
  15. Bradley should’ve stayed in Squid The Whale!
  16. I know the Kent area very well. I’ve spent a lot of time in Kent...between partying and playing gigs. We (my old band) used to play at The Outpost, frequently. Also, Club Khameleon and The Green Room.
  17. A lot of solid covers on this album, although OAA definitely stood out the most, to me.
  18. As always...bad ass! I look forward to every one of their Xmas releases.
  19. Hello! I would like to request the album “Benji”, by Sun Kil Moon...in 320, please. As always, much appreciated. Benji (2014) https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/benji/795192449 Thank you!
