"To" gave Death Grips a run for their money.

Well it doesn't really have a proper ending but sound wise I think I like this the most of the four singles dropped so far. Glass Gloss and most of Rhapsody Tapes, and even songs on Black Label EP are better tho

I really try to not antagonize you on purpose but why the FUCK did you "leak" a 128kbps copy of your godawful EP even though we all know you have the full version in proper quality that you will re-upload in 3-4 days, why can't you stop being such an obnoxious nutcase?

This has to be my favorite LP song in a over a decade.

Shame 070 Shake isn't there, but Lorna, Thy Catafalque and Caspian are slightly better anyways. Voted for Lorna because of how great of a deathcore record it was.

Fun fact: ever since I saw this MV in spring 2018 I didn't see an urban nightscape as entrancing as the one in this MV @ 3:55, be it movies, tv shows, random youtube vids, music videos, nothing comes close.

Ok, let's be real with ourselves here. Who knows how much of their instrumentals or vocal patterns are usually written by themselves, but this album is straight up ghostwritten and it's so obvious and it shows so easily especially in tracks 6-8 (which are actually not bad at all, zero HU identity aside). If it was 2012 and you paused me jamming King For A Day by PTV and told me that Kellin Quinn would ever be on a HU song I'd tell you to shut the fuck up and fuck off, yet here we are, the most risecore/fearless HU album to date, where they don't even feel like themselves besides the verses on the first half of the album, the borderline satire/parody track that is Killin' It (jesus fuck that was hard to listen to) or the closer where the guys suddenly decided to "show off" their Eminem impersonations. Anyways, this is still arguably better than their last two-three albums.

Brooooo, as usual, creative gems like this are overlooked here. This is easily the coolest art pop/punk album i've heard in the last few months. The way they mix post-punk, art pop, other new wave type shit with modern synths and electronics with such colorful production is veeeery enjoyable. Took me on a beautiful 50 min ride and I loved nearly every second of it. Hopefully more check this out eventually if they're into cool experimental pop/post-punk.

This is indeed easily one of their best songs. First single doesnt even come close either.

The two singles dropped so far are great and I am very excited for this.

This is so generic instrumentally, very repetitive, but as usual, Telle's soaring cleans are just so enjoyable to hear. Great chorus.

They outdid themselves on all fronts and The Cold Sun was already a great album. This is just too fantastic, genre bending and boundary pushing, easily at least a strong 9/10, and the album closer touched my fucking soul. I just don't see anything metal surpassing this for at least half a year after first listen. Truly a band that's paving their own way in this oversaturated genre full of mediocre attempts at greatness.

Pretty great song, as usual they manage to impress me with a single or two but I'm still not excited for whatever full release is coming at all.

16 minutes ago, Burst said:Now that we had this album for a year, did your sight change? I still think it's an amazing album - probably shares the spot of being my favorite BMTH album with Sempiternal.
yeah, I went from thinking it's a solid 7 with some terrible songs and awful pacing, to thinking it's the worst BMTH release and never coming back to it besides like three songs. The mixtape is genuinely more interesting and feel inducing than most of this.

I don't know where this band come from but this is fantastic, especially the second half.

I would prefer them with a more organic, better production but god damn this is pure fire. Gets real sinister towards the end.
