Closer is genuinely incredible but the rest is your classic 7/10 Counterparts affair. They're stagnating and I think most of this is less memorable than even their last two albums.

Personally I like this a lot, sounds a bit like Rocky, very pleasant, cloud rap-y tune. Dude seems to have a ~13 track album cooked. Potentially out before december this year?

Has to be my fave single. Still not exactly one of those Counterparts songs that I would consider top tier since they have at least 3 of those every album, this is like a solid 7-8/10.

Listened to the first "cd" or whatever and while Sunfucker is fucking incredible, most of the rest didn't live up to their last three albums on first listen at least. Hope it grows. EDIT: I basically love everything starting with Sunfucker, will have to relisten to first half more and see how it feels.

Definitely better and more cohesive than previous album, but still isn't too memorable and faaaaaaaar cry from Shape of Punk. Solid listen though, excepted even worse after some singles.

Their last album was a bit of a fuck-up from the production perspective but this has such a perfect blend of agressive djent and soothing melodic, symphonic prog.metal, I can't help but feel this is easily one of the best progdjent albums this year, was WELL WORTH the wait. It has easily some of the best moments of their career, too. I love how the album actually gets more and more unhinged during it's wilder moments as each song passes.

Surprisingly this can hold a candle with the better half of the last album, when you consider like a third of it shouldn't have been on it (especially SAVAGES and Freak Flag) this is a pretty great b-side.

Very cool album, closer is fucking immense.

same I was huge into it around 2012-2013 and some songs get stuck nowadays too and f(x) was a lot of those listens and remains in my top 25 most listened artists of all time so yeah even if she left the kpop world (for the most part) these news are still really fucked up just like all the other idols being suspected of or share about their depression and anxieties and yet just like in Lithuania (top 5 most suicides lol) South Korea has it really fucked in this regard. RIP.

Yeah i'm only halfway through this but I'm already beyond impressed, god damn. Because of bands like this Noise Rock is becoming my fave genre. Big Banger is such an onslaught.
