Alright, well, in that case, here are some of my favourite R&B (and some soul and funk) artists right now:
- 070 Shake - alternative R&B, art pop, trap
- Anderson .Paak - psychedelic/neo-soul, west coast hip hop
- Blood Orange - synthfunk, alternative R&B
- D'Angelo and the Vanguard - neo-soul, funk
- Frank Ocean - alternative R&B, art pop
- Free Nationals (song has Anderson .Paak featured) - psychedelic soul, funk
- Hiatus Kaiyote - neo-soul, acid jazz, nu-jazz, jazz fusion
- The Internet - alternative R&B, acid jazz, jazz-funk
- Janelle Monae - contemporary R&B, art pop, synthpop
- Kali Uchis - contemporary R&B, neo-soul
- Louis Cole - synthfunk, sophisti-pop, dance-pop, jazz fusion, a bit all over the place sometimes
- Mac Miller - neo-soul, alternative R&B, jazz rap, pop rap, cloud rap
- The Neighbourhood - alternative R&B, indie pop, synthpop
-
Rina Sawayama (some of her other songs are even rock/metal oriented if that interests you) - contemporary R&B, dance-pop
- Also her producer is one of my favourite pop artists, Clarence Clarity.
- serpentwithfeet (had no idea what track to share since this is my favourite R&B album of all time, check the rest of it out if you like this) - experimental R&B, art pop, chamber/ambient pop, gospel, UK bass
- Shlohmo & Jeremih - alternative R&B, wonky, glitch hop
- SZA - alternative R&B
- Thundercat - neo-soul, funktronica, nu-jazz, psychedelic soul
- Tyler, the Creator - neo-soul, psychedelic soul, experimental hip hop
- Vincent Blue - here's your K-pop lol, or K-R&B I guess (too many single letters for my taste)
- The Weeknd - alternative R&B, synthpop, ambient pop
I'm sure that's enough for you haha. Hope you enjoy.

It's been a long wait waiting for them to release something anywhere near on the level of Hail the Apocalypse. This still isn't quite there, but man, it's a lot better than their last two albums.

Soulseek is fickle sometimes, I was only able to find an exchange-only rip on there when I looked. Maybe I need to be a bit looser with my search terms haha.

Fixed in 3.5.4: https://kingdom-leaks.com/index.php?/release-notes/
Thanks for reminding me of this issue.
Awesome job! Works like a charm from what I can tell.

3 hours ago, ggl3dde said:Yeah it felt a bit too straightforward. Do you have any recs? I just listen to old school stuff here and there so I never really pay attention to newer stuff other than Gallant and Blackbear I guess
That depends, do you prefer more contemporary, traditional R&B or do you like the new wave of alternative R&B (you mentioned Blackbear so you may learn more toward this)?

I'd love to be able to get these two Vulkan albums in 320, thank you!
EDIT: I'd also like The Hirsch Effekt's first two LPs if that's possible!

Really cool, vocals remind me a lot of Adimiron, wouldn't be surprised if it's the same guy.
