yikes. it's actually crazy that so many old metalcore bands are going for this boring octane radio sound now. they haven't released anything remotely interesting since the challenger album imo

The vocals have definitely improved but I guess I keep expecting infant annihlator-esque instrumentals. Suuuuuuper slow for half the song but I guess that's just how it is with Black Tongue. It has grown on me after a few listens, though.

I mean, yeah it's very sad that Kyle passed away but that doesn't mean you can't criticize his band's choices. Especially when what we're seeing is a very similar change in sound. They're just using WCAR as an example. Chillllllllllllll
