A couple of good releases for sure, but Darkest Hour released one of the greatest album i've heard in a while, they have my vote, and this might as well be my AOTY

I am a graphic designer and this album cover offends me.

I'm surprised to see so much Storm the Sky as a disapointment...but yes, it's different so i guess it is a hit or miss.

my top 5 :

1. Easy pick : Of Mice & Men - Cold World... yes it is a disapointment, but i can't say that it surprised me
2. Normandie - Inguz.. I was soooo hyped because of the singles, but it was pretty much the only good songs on the album.
3. The Word Alive - Dark Matter

4. Beartooth - Aggressive
5. Wovenwar - Honor is Dead.. i don't know, maybe i had too much expectations. It's a good album, but i can't say that i REALLY like it... I Miss you Tim.

A bunch of good surprises for 2016, it was definitely a better year than 2015

1. Hands like Houses - Dissonants... this is my vote for AOTY
2. ADTR - Bad Vibes.. my true no. 1 but i wanted to vote for HLH because they deserved a chance... even if they have no chance against almighty DGD
3. Dreamshade - Vibrant.. even if the album is not out yet, i've heard enough singles to get an opinion, and it is AMAZING.
4. Too Close to Touch - Haven't been myself.. I wasn't a fan, but now i am.
5. Silent Planet - Everything was Sound
6. Storm the Sky - Sin will find you.. Permanence was pretty meh, but SWFY is definitely a big big step up that shows all the potential this band have.
7. Stick to Your Guns - Better Ash tham Dust
8. Danger Silent - Identity.. This is the most underrated album of 2016, check them out, DO IT
9. Rarity - I Couldn't be Weaker.. another discovery for me
10. I Prevail - Lifelines..  guilty pleasure

Been resisting to check these guys out mostly because of the band name lol finally gave the single a shot and I'm hooked within seconds. Let's see how the rest goes.

I admit it, i never was a big fan of DGD (even if i always thought they were a great band) i used to like a couple of songs on each album. But this album is awesome.
