i really cant understand why everyone seems to dig this. this should be no front, but i really cant see any musically claim in this album. its basic, its generic and everything you can hear on this album was already used thousands times before. im happy if you can enjoy the music, but ill stick to somethin else. (

i knew this album would be boring, but i couldnt imagine how boring and repetitive this could be. there is literally nothing new or any claim to a step forward. this album is cheap metalcore, without any reason to listen to compared to so many other metalcore albums. its a 4/10 for me.

i tell you, they will make the same mistake they did with dark skies: bad production AND RELEASING HALF OF THE ALBUM BEFORE THE ACTUAL RELEASE. i know, thats business. but listening to an album on the release day and knowing every second song is a disappointing thing for me.

pls tell me, were was the creativity in the last two singles??

Polaris - the death of me

As a fan of the last album i have to say that this album feels super lazy. i dont have more to say than this: pure. fucking. laziness. the only track that is somehow enjoyable is gypsy disco and... yes, thats the only song thats okay. and it is just ok, nothing more. fuck. RIP to all the people who thought that this album could be good or ok at least (like me). (not even mentioning that the half of this super short 'album' are interludes and distresssing noises)

For me this was the most generic and boring song they have put out since they exist. Nothing new, absolutely f pattern. But ok, opinions are different, glad that you could enjoy the single!

No specific order: Thornhill Northlane Currents Invent Animate Silent fucking Planet Loathe Parkway Drive (including Atlas and everything before, the new ones wont do it for me) August Burns Red no typical metalcore, but a huge influence: Fit For An Autopsy Stray From The Path Honorable mentions for the influence to the whole genre: BMTH (Sempiternal was sick...and everything else is..meh) Architects (i adore every album but the last one, its too much of the same)

every guy with fruityloops could do this remix. dont get me wrong, i really like electronic tracks mixed with screams etc. like scarlxrd, trhe browning and so on. but this is just cheap. not wondering why this channel is called trash.

yeeee lets copy the album art from silent planet (the night god slept).....but dont make it too obvious.
