  1. FYI, the post says 320 but the filenames say 256
  2. Cool! When does the one with punk bands come out? :p
  3. Way to completely mis-represent what was said, which I quite agreed with. You focused on his use of the word heavy, but a better word might be "energy". There are different ways to have "energy" in a song or album, and a lot of post hardcore bands have forgotten that. That said, I don't think this is generally a problem with Thrice. Very curious to listen to the album, though I didn't like the singles a ton.
  4. Didn't expect to see his name on this list. What a cool find.
  5. Our second single features Mike Herrera from MxPx. We shamelessly kick our sound back to the 90's. [Insert your "i would've liked this 20 years ago" jokes here. ]
  6. Hi everybody! My new band is releasing our debut album. It features Mike Herrera of MxPx, Dave Nassie from No Use For A Name, and Gunner McGrath of Much The Same! A limited run of CDs was just ordered. Stream our first single here, or preorder if you feel so inclined! (No vinyl until I can recoup some costs on recording. ) Thanks for any likes and support! This was really a labor of love and I just want it to find those who will enjoy it. For fans of: NUFAN, MxPx, early Thrice, Strung Out, Much The Same Cheers. winningstreaktx.bandcamp.com www.facebook.com/winningstreaktx
  7. Especially when you know that the album is in memory of their kid cousin who died young.
  8. I have no idea who is in this picture, but it isn't anyone in the band, except for Mike (on the right). My band is releasing an album soon, and Mike is guest appearing on it!
  9. Well... there was a time when people used to call rocks "pets". So why not call this "music".
  10. EDIT: Nevermind, found a BS link claiming to be 320. I'm willing to rip this if I can get/borrow a copy. I'll see what kind of prices I can find it for.
  11. Is/was this a digital release at all? If it's vinyl only, some brave person is going to have to rip it for the 320 snobs. Much love to whoever can do that. I've done it before; it requires a lot of tomfoolery unless you have a specific vinyl ripping setup.
  12. I beg to differ. Thinking about the fact that I didn't buy this builds myself esteem.
