Quality over quantity I'd say. I say I listen to ~200 releases a year since i joined KL but probably only go back to ~50 a second time or more. A lot of stuff is generally FINE or falls flat. The rest are bands i already love or new ones i find that year.

i'm surprised DGD haters haven't bothered innovating.

Goddamn, i love these guys but REALLY enjoy the added feature and wish they would do it more. Every part of this band is great in an overwhelming sort of way, so the added screamed vocals add nice variety.

First song I've liked from these guys. That sub-bass section is killer. EDIT: Just checked out Hate Me cause I guess I missed it. Otakore running wild and I kinda like it.

Crazy. I have to revisit The Valley, I feel like I glanced over it as being as meh as Our Endless War and Mark of the Blade but I've heard a lot of love for it recently since it just passed 1 year old.

Pretty traditional metalcore song. Intro is weird but i love their vox and the breakdown.

A shame Ronnie trademarked the word "Reimagined" because this is moreso that than a pure acoustic because of the Lophille beats behind. Sounds good. I'd go for a Diamond Dreams 2 with songs from BO and Headspace.

All respect to releasing more material, but Chester is the only part of this i enjoy and I won't blindly say I like this too much just because of him. The instrumental is real boring to me but that's just a part of grunge rock. I will do a listen through once we get the proper version because Chester is one of the vocalists that got me into the heavy music scene but that's probably it.

TIL he sings for Galleons too. No wonder their projects have been my some of my favorites in the past year. Also, love this band, feels like the spiritual successor to proper HLH
