For a completely indie band this has pretty great production. They have a great sound.

Right after listening, the atmosphere throughout this album is amazing. Consistently, on each track, they fade the atmosphere out at proper times as well as bring it back to bring it all together in a heavy, techy, atmospheric behemoth of a record. Thalamus is a proper perfect signifier of the end of the album, a far-off and somber song, but one you can still sense the emotion and anger in. Along with proper death as well, it's got a nice handful of solos as well, but not too many as to saturate the majority of the album. The guitars on the album mix sound more refined and punchier on the low end than in the Part 1/2 singles which was my only real complaint then. Little to no problems whatsoever with this release. liked it
