For me, I instantly thought of Oceans Ate Alaska and Silverstein. Between the two, Silverstein seemed to outshine OAA and most of the others for me, but what a great month for music. Silverstein won it for me

I'm surprised how close Hikari is to Worlds Apart, cool I guess. My vote would go to Worlds Apart anyways, fave album of theirs, one of the most unique metalcore releases in the last few years as well.

There were other releases than Worlds Apart last month? (Vault 51 was probably my favourite, but its just an EP)

July was one great of a month full of awesome releases. I voted for Oceans Ate Alaska but we heard great stuff coming from Make Them Suffer, Enfold Darkness, Culture Killer, Decapitated, Pathology, Rings Of Saturn, Pulses, The Kindred, Dead Cross, Spite and Less Art. Underrated gems ya'll people should give a try: Mensis (beatdown), Common War (hardcore), Khmer (blackened hardcore), Temple Of Void (death/doom) and Die In The Light (blackened hardcore/metal).

So i guess i'm the only one who thought that July was a pretty shitty month. Not a fan of OAA or Dayseeker. Rings of Saturn are a great band, but i can't get into it either. Silverstein (with their best album in years) is the only release i've really enjoyed!

The release you guys are forgetting is the S3E2 of Rick And Morty, because IMO nothing came out in July that I was interested in. Would've been a vote for Being As An Ocean if they didn't get fucked over by their label.
