This is a good point, hope that's not how it plays out.  I was pretty disappointed when their latest EP only had 3 new songs with along with their 3 old ones, I'll be bummed if they pull that move again

It's ok I forgive you. But yes, unfortunately, the entire EP + Fake Fiction is a part of the album, leaving only a handful of new tracks.

Eh. Doesn't hold up to Monstrous Things. Still looking forward to the new material though, despite it being mostly Fake Fiction anyway.
