My favorite band is Letlive. I like Jason's vocal style and think he's a very passionate person live and I don't think I've found a band I can listen to their records front to back multiple times without skipping a song or two. Can't wait to hear their new album in June.

Linkin Park & BFMV.

 

BFMV: Was the first metalcore band I heard. I started with them in middle school by a girl I liked (Yeah... Stupid thing hahah), and slowly I started to like more and more the band. Few months later, I realized that Hand Of Blood in NFS: Most Wanted was a song of BFMV, and... I don't know, there are too many things.

 

LP: Simply, I love them. I love how every album sounds very different, it's... Like the life, idk. Also, the initials of my first girlfriend were "LP", so another point to Linkin Park xDDD

Well, it used to be Palisades until the horror that was their latest single; but Normandie is up there, with HLH as a close second.

 

My favorite band is Ice Nine Kills (I dig their sound on everything by them)

Currently it's probably Casey, their music hits harder than any other.

However my favorite band of all time has been As I Lay Dying.......... so that sucks

I'm really starting to dig into Dance Gavin Dance quite a bit. Their guitarist Will Swan sounds amazing in my speaker system that I listen to when I'm driving to College in the mornings. And the current lead singer Tillian, and the unclean vocalist Jon Mess really hits home with their choice of lyrics.

Hard to pick but I'd say at the moment it would be Portugal. The Man or Rx Bandits or something like that. However the band I have the most memories associated with is Anberlin.

The voice of both vocalists just blends in with catchy riffs and solid drumming and lyrically brilliant too. Best pop punk album of last year imo.

A Day To Remember..... if it wasn't for them back in 2006 i wouldnt be so deep into the music i want, it opened a door to metal and post-hardcore instead of just the pop-punk and rock i used to listen too.

They also in my mind have never made a bad song, that being said i did enjoy albums 1-3 A LOT more than 4 and 5

My favourite band however is Katatonia. I just love the atmosphere of their music.

A Skylit Drive. I grew up with them, and I have been with them since their beginning. I also have some of the best, and the most, memories while listening to them.

When I was 12 it has been Billy Talent, but then i found out about Zebrahead and i instantly fell in love. Zebrahead used to change their sound every album and i found that intriguing. As of now i love them no matter what they put out.

Probably The Contortionist just because I listened to The Languange on shrooms once and it honestly changed my life. I've never listened to any other band since that illustrates my thoughts so profoundly into music.

My favorite band would have to be Full of Hell because they have a lot of components thrown into their music. The lyrics are next level, the instruments are pummeling, and the noise sections are just harsh. They step it up with every release and I cannot wait until the Full of Hell/The Body collaboration comes out.

Honorable mentions are probably Such Gold, Nails, Counterparts, or The Story So far. I'm a sucker for some good emotional hardcore and pop punk.

my favorite band is From Autumn To Ashes (I think for 10 years now)

 

 

the reason:

 

I think the first time I heard them was in 2004

and the song was The After Dinner Payback.

but to that time it didn't catch me

I think i only heard it because it was on the soundtrack of Freddy Vs. Jason and it was on my computer

 

 

but the song that changed everything for me was Milligram Smile

to be more precisely: it was the live video where they played at the Mean Fiddler (I think it was the name of the club)

I think it was released through punkrockvids.com

 

I saw Francis how he sat behind the drum kit and how he sang at the same time

and his "bright/light voice" kinda got me, especially in more quiet parts like in the bridge of the song

 

after that I consumed every video I could find and listened to all their albums

even the biology album which was side project when FATA released their third studio album "Abandon Your Friends"

Biology was a side project of Francis. it was kind of indie/rock

such an underrated album.

 

and even when they disbanded in june 2008 and when fran formed warship and tidal arms

I never lost contact to that guy.

 

He never fails to amaze me

 

I still have hope they will release new material - I really hope so

My favorite band is Like Vultures. They are my favorite band, because they are a unique post-hardcore band and they are seriously underrated.

Because, They were one of the first bands I ever listen to, ever since 2005. And I have been listening to them ever since.
