You know, once most bands put out their first crappy album, it's usually all downhill from there. When Rise of the Lion came out, I feared the worst. It didn't sound like the quality MMI was capable of, and except for two songs it genuinely sucked. Which is why when Deathless came out, I was utterly shocked at how good it was. And now SI picks up right where Deathless left off. i don't care that not every song doesn't sound like Forgive and Forget. Regardless of change of sound, Miss May I started making quality music again somehow. hats off to them, this album is a fuckin treasure

Not true, I'm assuming this is based on this and also my OAA comment. Besides this album, I have not been very disappointed by many records from bands I listen to this year. I've actually loved almost everything that's come out this year from bands I like. I also have a record collection of around 150 records, only around 20-25 of which are TAS records

You have to press back as soon as the page redirects to get it back to zippyshare and prevent it from locking you on the ad page. Same goes for when being redirected to any ad site on any website.

Dude I completely agree with you, when rise of the lion came out i was so disappointed. Their really is only two good songs on that album. I wasn't a fan of the album at heart either. I liked a few songs, but it wasn't like monument or apologies are for the weak. When deathless came out i was like fuck yeah, their back. This new album is amazing, it's so good. They found the sound they have been searching for, for a long time.I love the melodic guitar solos on this album. The vocals and gang vocals sound amazing also

I would say Miss may I has evolved into the sound they have been searching for. Didn't care for at heart and rise of the lion as much, but deathless was gold and so is this album. Of course apologies for the weak and monuments are amazing as well

This is their best album since 2011, I was pretty underwhelmed by the last three but this one seems better, plus the singer doesn't sound like a monotone cuck or Ahren in this one most of the time.

It's definitely different, but I don't think they really got what they were going for. Songs like My Destruction, Causulties, Swallow Your Teeth, and Lost In The Grey are really good, but the rest I don't care for much. I actually was pretty excited for this record because I thought Swallow Your Teeth was one of the best songs MMI have ever written

I love Miss May I, only got into them like two months ago. My favorite song off this record is definitely "My Destruction" and "My Sorrow" is the runner up. Even though they are pretty similar to As I Lay Dying, but despite that, these guys still make solid music. The intro to "My sorrow" sounds actually just like a Senses Fail song and I can't figure out which one it is.....?

These guys are pretty different from AILD lol. A few thrashy parts from MMI here and there sure, but other than that nahh

I love how melodic this album is, definitely their most " mature " album. Seriously talented band. Beyond pleased with this album. Also those nordic feels in the riffage on My Destruction are beyond catchy.
