I don't hate it, the other one was just outstanding while I'm just kinda indifferent about this one

this one just sounds really basic to me but Fabuless felt like something off the first album but new.. that stripped down slipknot feel that I haven't had in awhile. I still have high hopes for this album despite this song.. who knows maybe it will grow on me.

The fact that you associate this with Slipknot is your issue, this song has a great chorus and the previous song is heavier, yes. Stone Sour is NOT Slipknot though, once you start bringing Slipknot into Stone Sour you are lost.

How can you not associate them? Having the same person write the lyrics..  But a good chorus don't make an amazing song to me. I'm not saying its a shit song, just nothing special to me. Also I really like Fabuless so of course the next song is going to feel underwhelming to me.
