This is pretty cool.  She's always had a great voice, but I personally loved the really fun trap beat stuff on So Sad So Sexy way, way, way more than most of her older material.  This one is also pretty sparse rhythmically like I Never Learn, but it feels like some of the vocal hooks are still a little melodically reminiscent of the last album.  It works really well as a changeup ballad.  What I'd love to see on the next album is a really good mixture of THIS but also some of the recent stuff that has more groove.

Really enjoying the ethereal instrumentation in the background, the percs and drums are really complimentary to the vocals and sorta are there to let the vox carry the track.

 

7/10 for me, it's definitely my first dabble with Lykke Li and I feel like I'll enjoy more of the music they've put out by having a deep dive into the discography

She's employed pretty different sounds on each of her main albums, so yeah, definitely try out the different stuff.  If you like the more minimalist instrumentation, you will probably prefer I Never Learn to the most recent album, which is my favorite.  I do find different value in everything she's done though.
