I don't think is a bad album; Dez is a beast, as always. Wishing, You Give Me a Reason To Drink and the Damned Don't Cry are great, but the rest is between ok and meh. Maybe this album is just not for me.

Solid 8/10 for this album right now.

But their selftitle is best.

ok I've heard it 5 times right now.And it just keeps getting better. The album takes time, but after listening to it several times it gets bigger and songs build up stronger.the only thing I miss are the drum rolls and fast double bass in 2-3 songs.Austin is a good drummer, but he forget the drum rolls too much or he hear too much fear factory. He is not Boecklin.

I wonder how this will be. Always been hit and miss for me. However I loved their last album as a whole. Curious now.

I feel like ever since john boecklin left they've been missing something.

Yea i feel like everyone else. Its a pretty SOLID album. I just think the best of them is behind. Nothing will top their "Fury Of Our Maker's Hand"  album

I prefer the way Dez uses his vocals in Coal Chamber much better, i'm hoping for another return from them one day down the road !

Yes, drum rolls and playing the toms that Boecklin played in different variations.D'Amond has fantastic double bass skills. It's a bit betterthan boecklins...I think the groove is there.at least the last 6 Songs. But Austin makes a few mistakes..I know he has his own style, but I don't know why he almost never play the toms in 10 songs. That was also the case with the last Bleed the sky album.

Definitely gotta say this is their weakest album so far but its not bad. Vengeance Is Clear and the last 5 are really good. the other 4 are really meh
