Wouldn't really call this Post-Hardcore at all.

It's more pop rock and alt rock than anything

OK song, but, it's just another OLN softie that you could tell me is a cover of a generic pop song, and i wouldn't notice. After 10 years, it's a shame they finally evolved into this (see what i did there? no! ok.)

Okay song, but...I'm still disappointed. You know, dropping this after two really good EP's, is kinda frustrating.

And not even because it's poppier, I don't care about that, but it feels so weak and rushed.

I watched you burning every bridge, then blame the smoke for your eyes burning.

Gonna be a fan of OLN no matter what but definitely a bit peeved they released a new song this fast without much effort. If they are doing something like the Age Of Ignorance album I could understand, but after how well the EPs/album was produced and sounded. I just don't know..... I hope the next release is just as good as Let Light Overcome the Darkness. Would love a Younger Dreams, LLOTD and Selective Hearing mix of sounds for the new album, with a bit from Age of Ignorance. But that's wishful thinking lol.

I feel like some parts of the instrumentals definitely sound post-hardcorish, it's too toned down to be pop rock.

I'm not impressed by this song at all, but everything they ever released grown on me, so we'll see.

Do they even want to make original music anymore?

They seem much happier just making covers.

I actually think this is ok lol. Could be catchier though... considering they’re clearly trying to go more mainstream, this song really isn’t as hooky as it should be.

Selective hearing is the most ''TOLERABLE'' music these guys have done, like, ever.

I dunno what you guys are talking about. Sonically, this is wonderful. The lyrics are a little bit wack, but this is right in line with their recent work.

Oak Island is their best work and I know they will never top that, Selective Hearing is OK but not Groundbreaking
