their first album Southern Weather was phenomenal. I wish they kept that sound. unfortunately they went to pop/rock a la Mayday Parade or something. hoping I can find something alternative-ish to enjoy here

That's exactly how they sent it to me. I think it's kind of like a "moment of silence" sort of thing. Either that or it's a mistake on the engineers part.

@967-EVIL by "they" are you saying the band The Almost sent you this track? their label? idk it just makes no sense to me. if there was a reference to why there was a moment of silence via text description or in the song it would make more sense, but there's nothing

"They" as in I purchased the song from the band's site and then I got an email from whomever with a link to dl the song. Sorry for the confusion.
