Then yesterday I preordered the album bc I haven't bought a CD since Basement's Promise Everything came out which was back in January. I HOPE these guys get big, bc I am going to support the fuck out of them. I'm proud to be Canadian as well.

I downloaded this to check out the track that Derek features on. I don't mind the album overall, but there were only a couple of tracks that I really thoroughly enjoyed (Absent being one of them).

 

I never would have listened to them or even heard of them otherwise, so thanks for sharing - it was worth it just for those few songs.

Nah I like their EP a lot more listening to this the second time around. If this isn't a transcode something really happened to the quality of their music. Their last EP was crystal clear. This sounds like 192 Kbps at best. I'm hoping a VBR rip will sound better because this album sounds like they made it in their garage.
