@degausser not as good as the old ones, but still decent imo. they lack the eclectic vibes, crazy guitars and dark ambience but they are still fun to bounce around to for the most part, so definitely give them a try :). The upcoming release is suposed to sound more like their old material though, and the recent singles have been pretty legit so far. I'm pretty hopeful and excited.

back in 2004ish i was a fan of their guitarist quinn. wish he was still in the band. feels different with all these random guys and bert

also, "rose to fame in June 2002" LOL yea right. they became popular maybe mid to late 2003, before the immediacy of the today's internet music scene

Thanks for this. The copies of the first 3 albums I only had 128. This will be a nice upgrade.

Also, Artwork is low key some of their best work. Men Are All The Same is such a great closer.

I went to Billy Corgan's teashop in Highland Park Illinois a few years ago and he had some of his personal CD collection out for sale. Among the albums on offer were The Used self-titled and Taproot's Blue Sky Research (which he produced). I found both of these very funny, especially the thought of Billy picking up The Used's debut album in the early 2000s perhaps to see what all the hype was about.
