Feels like another case of a label calling the shots but hard to say as Fearless still has some good bands on their roster that haven't gone down this path of repetitive radio-friendly crap

Ya, ya can't say I couldn't agree more after hearing this song. It's not an awful song, but it's one of their weakest attempts. I know these guys are probably still very popular, but I wouldn't be surprised if they broke up after this album, I don't think any of them have any heart or soul left in their music, it's all production and no substance.

Id say I speak for everybody when I say this shit will never compare to Life Cycles or Deceiver, but I will say that his cleans sound great, and I like this sound more than the last 2 albums

 I didnt like the band until DM. I tried to get into the older stuff but cant besides a few songs. For me, this band has ALWAYS been the type of stuff that I really need to sit with it and give it a fair chance. Like its rare they put out a song I instantly like besides trapped ofcourse. This album will be no different. I do have to say tho, it really is crazy how much they reuse the same exact chord progressions over and over. Its that linkin park somewhere i belong/from the inside type progression that has been used forever by tons of bands. Whats a bummer is the guitar players of this band are VERY talented. Im the type of player and listener that prefers less is more when it comes to guitars but damn so far all 4 songs dont have me too hyped guitar wise.  The one guitar player always posts SUUPER sick riffs on instagram to I wish he would use some. Out of the 4 songs tho I can see 3 gorwing on me. Burning your world down will never tho. I can't stand that song. Just curious, what was everyones fav song off Violent noise and why? I LOVED runaway. Yes the guitars are the usual and super simple but that melody just hooked me since the first time I heard it which as I said above doesn't happen much with TWA. I also wish they stuck with the producer of the last 2 records. At first I wasnt a fan of the production on DM and VN but I feel like it sort of became there signature sound.
