Stopped being good after Recovery. In fact i don't really like the guy as a person either. But im thankful for this nonetheless.

Take a listen to his debut album Infinite. Definitely interesting considering it sounds NOTHING like Eminem.

I LOVE The Marshall Mathers LP as much as the next person but honestly it makes number 4 because the other 3 are the albums I grew up with the most ESPECIALLY Recovery and MMLP2

Yo
His leaks are sweaty, finger's weak, keyboard is heavy
There's notices on his browser already, record label's ready
He's nervous, but on the surface he looks calm and ready
To drop album links, but he keeps on forgettin'
What he typed down, the whole comment section goes so loud
He opens his mouth, but the words won't come out
He's chokin', how, everybody's jokin' now

Not going to lie, I've only ever listened to Slim Shady, Marshall Mathers and The Eminem Show. I always figured that's where Em began and ended quality wise. Maybe one day, I'll check out another album or two, but I will say that these three albums are excellent and highlights some of the best Hip-Hop had to offer in the late 90s/early 00s.

Also, a personal recommendation: If you dudes love the vivid violent imagery that Em was doing on Slim Shady and Marshall Mathers, listen to the rapper Cage's 2002 debut album, Movies For The Blind. The same sort of earworm filled, minimal beats and over-the-top, wild lyrics are found on it. Matter of fact, both Cage and Em beefed it out back then as Cage claimed Em took his style. Most of the battles were done by mixtapes, but Em slammed Cage on his single "Role Model" ("I bought Cage's tape, opened it and dubbed over it."). I highly suggest listening to it, it's one of my favorite Hip-Hop albums ever!

I remember buying infinite and the Slim Shady EP off of eBay in middle school. Different times.

At least we'll always have MMLP.

Eminem from 96-02 was great. Eminem since then, not so much.

@Colby Lane  thanks man! I had no idea.

Yeah, the remaster is generally pointless, but it's a nice addition to have

Is The Slim Shady LP still edited?
I like having complete discogs even if I don't like an album as much, and I don't like TSSLP very much, but I still want it in unedited form haha
