Honestly thought Frank Turner was a rapper, was not disappointed when i listened to a song, just surprised. But he has a solid voice and it sounds enjoyable. May as well give it a shot.

Definitely worth checking out his other stuff if you liked this. His output as of late has been pretty weak, this at least feels a little better than the last album and a half, but Love Ire & Song and England Keep My Bones are two of my favorite records, just absolutely phenomenal.

Oh god, I've been with him since OG Asbury Lanes days and he's only now a decade later coming out as a chud, fuck everything. https://www.telegraph.co.uk/music/artists/frank-turner-interview-capitalism-enriches-everyone-indisputable/

I'm not a fan of this genre, but England Keep my Bones is so good.

reassuring to hear I haven't been missing out on anything recently though

I really liked his first few albums, played the hell out of them until I couldn't stand them anymore

Didn't like the last album, probably only played it once, so I approach this one cautiously...
