Holy fuck 22 songs is too much, just zero self-awareness. He should have learned from his contemporaries that nobody wants 22 songs. Nobody has ever made a 22 song album that I want to listen to front-to-back again. Even those 6 Singles he dropped earlier this year would function better than this as a Ye-length album. Just cut out all the fat and leave the meat, Chano.

YBN Cordae Rich Brian really did make what this album should have been.

Agreed with Tomo, it all over the place production wise and even if there are some super bops like All Day Long, Roo and Let's Go on the Run, there's a shitton of uninteresting filler. His mixtapes were so much more focused.

Looks like Chance pulled a Chris Brown with this one

Its only 19 actual songs when you subtract the skits. I don't see the reason to hate on more content tho.

There is a lot of great music here though. Some of it is filler, but it is still good music. I think a lot of it really showcases both sides of Chance from his earlier mixtapes, and from his style on Coloring Book. I'd easily give it a solid 9/10. Probably my favorite rapper along with Logic (too close to call).

Edit: I do wish it was ordered differently though so the styles flow into each other better. As one person posted, it can be all over the place and throw you out of the groove a little bit.

The difference being that Chance loves his wife, instead of beating her.
