I feel like this is gonna be the album that really gets me into this band. I've got their discography but just don't find myself listening to them much at all. I was never really a fan of Whitechapel.. I cant deny that they are one of the most beloved heavy bands out there but something just never really clicked with them for me until this album
There has not been a single track released from this album that i have not loved and this track is no different i am so excited to hear this album and honestly this will probably be the first album from them i will purchase physically especially if the rest sounds anything like this track or Third Depth.. The instrumentals are gorgeous so far and the vocals match up so well.. This album so far just makes me feel so good and i love it

Musically this is an excellent song in how all the different dynamics fit so well together. Making a song that is this soft but also this heavy is no easy feat. It is especially nice soft too, and especially nice heavy.

 

i don’t like deathcore vocals anymore but this is definitely something I can appreciate for the talent behind it.

First Whitechapel song, absolutely fucking demolishes.  Apparently their style has changed over the years, but whatever the fuck this is it kicks you in the teeth, cleans were incredible too.  On like 20th listen in the truck, shit will never get old.
