Yeah I agree with this. I like the song, but it does feel like they could’ve done more with a song of this length. The main riff imo feels a bit generic which they usually manage to avoid.

 

It’s good but doesn’t quite wow me like most of their songs... but regardless I’m still pumped for this album.

The instrumental is perfect, the problem here is the vocals. They don’t blow me away like they did on the other single. The melodies here are quite boring, and the chorus is just wasted potential with that amazing guitar part. Hoping for a better single next time, after how great Like A Shadow was.
