Born Of Osiris detail new album "The Simulation"

Chicago based, Progressive Metalcore band, Born of Osiris have finally announced their fourth studio and follow up album to 2015's "Soul Sphere". The new record is titled "The Simulation" and will be released on January 11th through Sumerian Records.

 

Preorders launch on 11/16.

Yea I hope the songs will not be as long as on The Eternal Reign (~2:30 per song), or we would have a 20 min album :/

I hope each of those songs is just as good, if not better than their single, Silence the Echo.

Thats the thing lee even said the album was already 10 tracks and they went back to add 3 more! Doesnt make sense it would be eight tracks unless they are doing 2 mini albums

Yeah this makes no sense to me, unless they've merged tracks together into 10min+ songs. Will be really upset if they're all normal length.

I'll take 8 good songs over 14 medicore ones any day.

Problem is, I think The Accursed was already pretty meh. That's the album opener, so it doesn't leave me with high hopes.

in which case it'd be an EP not an album BUT i am excited nonetheless!

 

also, why does Spotify have both singles under The Accursed?
