easily Brownings best.  polar opposite of Silent Planet, something I can mindlessly jam at work, the gym, or while driving. 

 

my biggest issue with the Brownings previous albums is how flat the album would be with a few standout tracks.  the first song sounded like the other 10.  this album does a great job of giving each song atmosphere and character... for the most part. 

 

FUN.  this album is fun.  very fun.  not much else offered here but sometimes that's enough.

I've been waitinf for this for a month (ever siince I discovered these guys), and holy shit it didn't disappoint!

Never been a huge fan of these guys, only listened to them a couple of times over the last six years or so... Until Carnage was released. What. A. Tune. I love Final Breath too, wasn't too sold on the title track but I'm so excited to give this a proper spin in a bit

I personaly their past material was really good, but even I will admit that this is so much, newer, fresher, more diverse, and way deeper lyrically than their past projects, in som eplaces even touching on some personal things. It was really good as a whole!

To be honest I didn't check any of the singles because I wanted to have a solid and neutral opinion of this album leaving my fangirl to a side. But because of some comments I saw online I thought this new album would be a shame. I'm so glad I was wrong because I can say this is their best work to date. Some songs are weaker than others but the clean vocals give their music a fresh air and electronics are way better than ever.

I don't know any other bands that use hardstyle electronics, but I'll still say that they are masters of their craft. On the past albums all I would seem to remember were the intro beep boops, but here whole tracks actually stand out to me. The cleans are doing wonders for their sound. Definitely their best album yet.

You must know tho that this was by far their best album. Those albums of course are still good, but this is the most memorable, diverse, and well put together album for me.

Behind this, I like, Hypernova best, just as my personal recommendation.

They traded in most of the hardstyle for slow heavies and lots, lots of cleans. So pretty much a more "mature" sound. Sadly, theres few great songs on this besides Carnage and Final Breath, which are two of the best songs they've made to date. Especially Geist is mad trash (and I'm pretty sure it features the We Butter The Bread With Butter vocalist) and even the song that is most reminiscent of their other work (Amnesia) isnt that great. Damn, guess I wasnt in the mood for this album when I first listened. This is their most well produced, melodic but also heavy album with the best vocals to date. Really damn good, easily their best album. One thing I didnt change my mind about: Carnage and Final Breath are their best songs to date and Geist is ass.

I will disagree with the opinions on the three songs personally, but this was indeed a very well put together record.
