I absolutely loved Rise of the Runaways and i like Zero. I wouldn't say this is awful. It's just different. I kinda like it

They are literally getting so lazy, like look im and no one is fit to tell a band what they should do. But good lord is it disapointing how such a amazing band that introduced vibes that influenced tons of bands today are just leaving the reasons why they are so unique. Like Johnny Ringo was such a big leap in the genre when it first came out and it got me into theatrical music.

This is really different. If it weren't CTE I think i could get behind it but at the moment I'm not a fan of it at all. These 2 singles so far have me worried for this album. I really don't like they dropped the concept vibe, I thought the story would continue.

Was Super surprised by the song being released today, but im warming to the song, its notheavy yeah okay i get that, this album is experimental, everyone is gonna complain about it, fine, do that, similar thing happened when Everything that got us here by SECRETS was released and its my 2nd favourite album ever.

wow wtf was that? CTE is known for adding theatrics to their music. This shit is horrible and so generic. I could deal with Zero but musicwise.. this song is so horrible for me. It sounds like something any other band would put out. I hope that the whole album isn't like this

 

edit: after listening to the song like 3 times.. I find it annoying, repetitive and I feel like Andy is whining ._.

They hyped up their album so much. Everyone in the band restarted their Instagram and posted eerie and special teasers that were psychological and interesting. All that for these 2 shit songs. Absolutely lazy and uninspiring. "Zero" was alright, but had a repetitive structure and instrumentals. This song is probably the worst they have "wrote". They made it seem like they were going to start in a different and fresh way since Ben had left the band. They missed a great chance of doing do. After 2 or 3 albums, it's like most bands these days give up and enslave themselves to record an album just for the sake of more discography. Pitiful such a band with an amazing album like "The Fallout" goes to writing material at this level. This is how you lose fans and hopefully they learn from it, but I doubt it.
