Ill neither confirm nor deny this claim. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ But I will say this person isn't over heavy music but is just wanting to put them in Arenas. And he knows radio play is a fast track to that. I will also say we will see a lot more info about the goings on behind the scenes soon because Ant is very fed up with not getting credit for any of his old work.

I may not like this very much, but I blame no one and no band for trying to capitalize and actually make a career in the music scene, which is extremely difficult to do. This can also lead to a lot of rumblings behind the scenes within the personal space of bands. I will never understand the argument against capitalizing in whatever walk of life you are in, Arenas = more money  sucks for everyone who wants The Hollow over and over again. If you expected OLD MMF, you are more of a fool than you think MMF/Matt Mullins is.

For me I'm happy to see them play Arenas but they are also losing touch with what brought them up. The last few tour sets have been so bad its scary. They MIGHT play two songs from The Hollow including The Sinner and then the rest will be TLIH and Unconditional. It just sucks to see them drop the music that made them famous for this generic radio rock honestly.

As I said, I don't blame them or any band for trying to capitalize in the music scene, especially these days when album sales mean close to nothing. People dont have to like it, but I at least understand it. Sometimes you need to drop that stuff to cater to the bigger crowd. Anyways, I get it is my point.

Considering Matty recently did an interview about music he listened to during dark days and dealing with his depression and listed Papa Roach, Linkin Park, and As I Lay Dying in the same interview I think he plans on having a diverse album as an omage to the bands that kept him going all these years. This song gave me a Linkin Park vibe where it only had a few screams and was catchy enough to be on the radio.

 

Sure it's not The Hollow, it will never be that, but who cares. BMTH change sound and yet everyone still sucks Oli's cock off in every comment section. Sure, this album 'Broken' might suck ass but hey,,maybe it wont. I haven't even listened to these guys in like a year or two but I'll give the new record a spin when it comes out. That being said I'm going to listen to Geist. Peace lads and ladies.
