His Frank Sinatra covers are what is important, destroys this, basically a solo effort now anyways.

Brendan has always been what's made this band great. The dude seriously has an amazing voice. Can't wait to check this out. Hoping this one is a bit more like the album before last! Big thanks.

Alright, my thoughts after a first listen: I don't like it as much as Death of a Bachelor, but I can see this very easily being a grower so it might not be a fair opinion. While listening to it, it came to my mind that it felt pretty short, that the songs that needed the extra 30 seconds and the ones who didn't get them are completely done backwards, and that this sounds like a really good pop album from 15 years ago.

I think I'll end up liking it a lot lol.

The album needs more songs like Dying in LA or more songs that show Urie's vocal range even more.

@dvsr yea he nails those Frank Sinatra covers, 98% on KL dont even know who he was, a legend and Brendan Urie nails his covers.

Little disappointed some of the tracks sound like they were b sides to death of a bachelor that didn't make the cut and just thrown on to the album 🙄

So, I went into this hoping for the best and I was not let down at all.

"One of the Drunks" and "The Overpass" are really standout tracks.

By the end of the album I could not stop dancing. The tracks are just that catchy!

Can't proper edit so yeah precisely, those two songs are a sure highlight. Overall the album is on a similar level as last, some skippable songs, some fantastic ones and some good.

It's almost on par with their previous album but not quite. Still a good album with catchy songs on it but it doesn't feel like as much creativity went into this album aside from the singles.

Roaring 20's is personally the best song on this album, as for the rest of the album, its not as good as DOAB i felt like the tempo of some songs seemed too quick

I'm pretty sure more than 2% of the users that use this site know of Frank Sinatra haha that's almost like not knowing who Elvis is. I dont care for Frank Sinatra however nor covers 98% of the time but I have seen him cover his songs live on tv and I prefer Brendans versions.

Half the tracks are on par with Death Of A Bachelor. Half the tracks are a considerable step down. Death Of A Bachelor was an amazing and truly world class pop album. It probably would be wrong and overly greedy of me to expect Death Of A Bachelor 2. I'm satisfied. Ish. Just hope he can keep making songs like Fuck A Silver Lining, Say Amen, High Hopes, King Of The Clouds, and Dying In LA throughout the rest of his career.

Loved the verses but the choruses need a hell of a lot of work. The only chorus that didn't make me want to change the song was King of the Clouds and even that wasn't great. The rest was cringe city for me. Definitely my least favorite album.

I feel like this band has become predictable, like, I just know I'm going to love the entire album and want to dance in public while listening to it.

Well, I love the whole thing. All of them are catchy and danceable (Except Dying in LA, which is beautiful).

AFYCSO was his best album.

0.000000001 out of 10.

Thought it would be less a poppy.

He's a 2.0 of that singer in that better band, Patrick Stump
