Kind of reminds me of when Flyleaf's Lacy Sturm left and then started up a solo career. Need to check this out but I think Flyleaf was better off with Lacy and Yellowcard should not have ended.

Really just rockstar ego stuff. I worked for catering on warped tour for a few summers, he did things like make one of the catering bands (honestly some of the hardest workers on the tour) package up his food and deliver it to him every meal because he was too cool to stand in line for food like every single other person on the tour. One day Yellowcard "volunteered" to help out at catering, they showed up, posed for some press photos then left without actually doing any work. Basically acted like they deserved special treatment just because they're yellowcard and acted shitty especially to smaller bands.  Also with that being said Less Than Jake deserves a shout out because they could not have been cooler to smaller bands and the crew on warped that same year.
