That's a good list but it's missing

 

Black Sabbath - Heaven And Hell

Judas Priest - Breaking The Law

Slayer - Raining Blood (probably one of the most memorable riffs ever)

By the way this topic won't get any attention because almost everyone on this site is a 14-17 year old scene kid who doesn't like anything that isn't 90% screaming.

I totally agree with Raining Blood.  What a monumental riff.  I love playing that riff on guitar and then immediately transitioning into the riff in Welcome Home by Coheed & Cambria after the acoustic intro as those songs are in the same tuning and played on the same frets for the most part.  Those two riffs sound pretty similar, but Slayer did it first...
