This album is great! so diverse and yet harmonious at the same time.

Unfortunate that it took their third album to put out something that I like.

Album is above and beyond the first 2 mess they released.

This is their best album easily, that closer caught me off-guard.

Definitely Slaves's best album, still not JC's best record he's on by a long shot though

I've listened to this all day and it's probably Craig's best work, that closer is epic too.

One thing... Deadly Conversations' chorus is really cringey and it makes me skip the entire song. Disappointing considering the song is amazing BAR THE CHORUS and the rest of the album is amazing too. One bad apple among the lot is forgivable.

Idk if you guys are being serious or not but this album isn't touching the last one. ESPECIALLY musically. Definetly a few steps backwards. Though I guess that's to be expected when the original writers aren't in the band anymore. Too generic, too repetitive an just not that interesting.

True Colours an The Pact are the best tracks. They actually sound like b-sides of the last album. Rest is pretty fillier.

2.5/5

I agree. Can't really understand the hype, I liked both previous albums way better. This whole album pretty much sounds the same to me.

Best hype since DMBII

Easily the best Slaves album and some of Jonnys best work. Routine Breathing was repetitive, with the same 3 guitar riffs. This album is top notch.

Meh. I can't get into JC's work, not even in DGD.

The Pact is an incredible song. Overall this is BY FAR Slaves’ best release, and easily Jonny’s best album since DBMII.

Is DBMII really considered his best work though?

Need to listen to this soon.

I meant that he hadn’t released anything on this level since 2011, when DBMII came out. Imo none of his albums since that point had matched his early work, until now.

Feel the goosebumps while listening to 'The Robot With Human Hair Pt. 2 1/2' @ 2:30

2009 release A Dream Is A Question You Don't Know How To Answer was one of his best too

Way more enjoyable than their previous work by a mile. The instrumentals actually feel refreshing and are not repetitive, not to mention Johnny's vocals are just divine. I never cared for him and this album really pulled me in. Every song has that unique touch to it and the choruses are brilliant and catchy. AOTM for me.

Color me fucking impressed. This. Is. Great. Hell. This right here. Is probably one of my favorite albums ever made I was thinking ETF, or TDG would be my favorite album, but unless they pull something out of nowhere, this'll be my favorite album of 2018

Hey now, everyone crying AOTY. This is good but don't jump the gun.

There are a ton of great bands due this year. We'll see if this even makes my top 10.

Really good album, definitely going to shape up to be my favorite from them. A couple of songs are bit repetitive, but I can look past that because the melodies are ear pleasing. This week has been one of the best weeks for leaks on KL in a very long time.
